You may not upload, post, sell, or distribute:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content

  • Content involving minors

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or violence

  • Illegal or infringing content

  • Stolen or unauthorized material

  • Malware, spam, or deceptive content

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.

 

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • The content they upload

  • The products or services they offer

  • Fulfilling purchases and subscriptions

  • Complying with all applicable laws

Yeezzo is not responsible for disputes between creators and admirers.

 

6. Payments & Fees

Yeezzo may charge platform service fees on transactions. Fees will be clearly disclosed.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Yeezzo does not store full payment card information.

Refunds are determined by each creator’s refund policy unless otherwise required by law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant Yeezzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and promoting the platform.

Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission from the creator.

 

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

Yeezzo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

 

9. Disclaimers

Yeezzo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Yeezzo does not verify the accuracy, quality, or legality of creator content.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeezzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yeezzo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
